Customization

On any product page, use the customizer to add a name, message, upload an image or design file, and pick your material and colour. The price updates live as you go.

Images (PNG, JPG) for photos and logos, and vector/print files (AI, SVG, PDF, EPS) for the cleanest engraving results. For logos, vector files are recommended.

Yes. For custom orders we share a digital proof for your approval before crafting begins, so you can confirm spelling, fonts, and placement.

Orders & Shipping

Most personalized pieces are crafted and shipped within 5–7 working days. Bulk and corporate orders are quoted with a timeline at confirmation.

Yes — we ship to 30+ countries with tracked, insured couriers and studio-grade protective packaging.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. We regularly run free-shipping promotions for the Studio list.

Returns & Care

Because each piece is made to order, personalized items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective — in which case we'll remake or refund, no questions asked.

Keep leather away from prolonged moisture and direct heat. A periodic wipe with a soft dry cloth and occasional leather conditioner keeps it looking its best for years.
